100 Push-Ups every day. What did I learn and achieve with that?

Since the start of June month and the start of summer, I’ve decided to start preparing my body for summer. Yeah, haha. Just time!

Previously I used to go to the gym, go running and do other activities. But for this time I was pretty lazy for doing that and wanted to achieve some results by not wasting too much time like 1–2 hours.

I have read a book about one guy who has gone to prison for a lot of years. And since he had a lot of free time to do anything he wanted, he decided to improve his body. So as usual prisons don’t have many options for doing sports activities and special tools for it. He could only do the next exercises:

  • Push-ups
  • Squats
  • Bridge
  • Crunches

Not a big variety. Nevertheless, he has achieved really great results. In just 2–3 months he had a very good trained body with good muscles and great shape. Even in those conditions with prison food!
