IKIGAI Principles for You to Start Living a Happy Long Life

According to Dale Carnegie, who wrote a book about this 100 years ago, high-productive people die young if they don’t learn how to relax.

These days we started working too much. In comparison, we lost the line between theory and home when we worked in offices and began working remotely.

The most significant harm came from motivators who say that work-life balance doesn’t exist. They repeat that if you want success, you should work hard and nothing else.

But why do they need to remember health, relationships, and communication? We are human and must have other parts of life. I love applying the concept of Ikigai principles. It came to us from a small Japanese island, Okinawans. People live there for an average of 100 years and still feel happy and energetic.

They rely on the following principles.
